Looking for your ID cards? Here's the deal:

• Medical/prescription ID cards are being mailed out mid-June. These changes will trigger a new ID card:
• Dependent changes
  
• Medical plan changes
• Name changes
• Delta Dental and TDA Dental ID cards are being mailed out mid-June to new enrollees or those making changes.
• VSP Vision does not issue ID cards and therefore, no one will receive a vision ID card. Instead, you'll tell your vision provider you use VSP vision. They can look you up in the system using your personal identifiers (i.e. date of birth or social security number).
